Project Title:      Community Rebuilds request for a Planned Unit Development (PUD) for a 3-lot subdivision on parcel at Grand County parcel No. 02-0SGV-0049

Project Address:        1278 San Juan Dr, Moab, Utah 84532

Project Description:    The application is for a PUD rezone to permit a 3-lot subdivision on a 0.26-acre parcel in the Grand-VU Park Subdivision. The applicant proposes the development of 2 energy efficient, affordable, strawbale homes in accordance with the PUD Development Standards of LUC section 4.4 

The applicant has processed the rezone application in accordance with State and County regulation.
