Project Title:     Public Hearing to consider and solicit public comment on a rezone request for a Planned Unit Development (PUD) workforce housing density bonus for a 3-lot subdivision at Grand County parcel No. 02-0SGV-0049

Project Address:        1278 San Juan Dr, Moab, UT            

Project Description:     The application is for a PUD rezone to permit a 3-lot subdivision on a 0.26-acre parcel in the Grand-VU Park Subdivision. The applicant is taking advantage of the PUD workforce housing density bonus to develop 3 energy efficient, affordable, strawbale homes in accordance with the PUD Development Standards of LUC section 4.4.The application 

The applicant has processed the rezone application in accordance with State and County regulation.
