Land Use Code Amendments 

Project Title:     Public Hearing to consider an Ordinance to amend the Grand County Land Use Code

Project Address:         N/A

Project Description:     The Grand County Commission will review and approve/deny draft amendments to updates in Articles 3, 6, and 9 of the Land Use Code which have been prioritized as imminent areas of concern in recent County Commission meetings. The updates include, but are not limited to, updating Accessory Dwelling Units to be in compliance with State Statute, improvements to the Site Plan Review standards for commercial and multifamily development.
