Project Description:     The application is for a General Rezone request of a 0.19 acre parcel of land located at 570 Riversands Rd from Rural Residential (RR) to Small Lot Residential (SLR). The applicant proposes to build a single family dwelling on the lot. 


    The applicant has processed the rezone application in accordance with State and County regulation.
