SB 174 (2023)

Project Description: This revision to the Subdivision Standards is mandated by SB 174 (2023) which created a new framework for the review and approval of subdivisions. This will apply to subdivision applications for single-family homes, two-family dwellings (duplexes), or townhomes. It removes the land use authority from the County Legislative Body and changes it to an Administrative process. SB 174 requires that this be revised and adopted by the end of 2024.
