Project Title             Revision to Land Use Code Article 8 - Decision Making Bodies and Officials, and Article 9, Administration and Procedures, to Update the Subdivision Review Process as required by SB 174 (2023).

Project Description:    This revision to the Subdivision Process Review is mandated by SB 174 (2023) which created a new framework for the review and approval of subdivisions. This will apply to subdivision applications for single-family homes, two-family dwellings (duplexes), or townhomes. It removes the land use authority from the County Legislative Body and changes it to an Administrative process.
