Both applicants must appear at the County Clerk/ Auditor's office between the hours of 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. and pay a non-refundable license fee of $30. A current picture ID with proof of age (date of birth) is required for both parties. In order to complete the application, the date of the ceremony and the name of the officiate must be provided. The officiate is not required to appear in the Clerk's office.
